I'm Lauren
About me
I am devotional, committed being, deeply dedicated to healing the collective soul. I would be honored to hold sacred space for you and walk beside you during your homecoming journey.
During my homecoming journey, I unveiled my gifts of intimacy, presence, and the magic that unfolds when we consciously and intentionally live our lives through connection to spirit through ritual, body and soul. Some of my many areas of speciality include embodiment, self compassion, boundaries & consent, learning to receive, surrender, and transmuting shadow.
I am based in Marin, California on Miwok land and offer sessions over zoom.
What I bring...
My background
I have a background in multiple healing modalities and esoteric wisdom including Somatic, Jungian, Archetypal & Depth Psychology, Alchemy, level 1 Astrology, and many modalities of Feminine Embodiment and Meditation. I have 2 years experience holding conscious space in this dyad format.
My methods are informed by 6 years of Somatic Experiencing knowledge and transmissions gained through my own personal homecoming journey and Mentorship with Francesca Redden, founder of the Way of the Luminous Heart; as well the 5 years I spent learning Somatic, Transpersonal, Archetypal, Jungian & Depth/Shamanic Psychology from Bonnie Bright and her Institute for Soul-Centered Psychology & Coaching Certification Program.
Most importantly, I have the lived experience, embodied wisdom, and gifts from navigating through my own midlife underworld journey and the gnosis gained through the deeply transformational experience. The embodied wisdom and expanded nervous system capacity from the journey made me an exceptionally attuned Practitioner.
My devotional love of the sacred feminine and the playful fulfilling enjoyment that I feel while dancing in the mystery with spirit has taken me through many portals to soul; such as:

My Conscious Feminine Embodiment training includes 20+ years yoga, Authentic Movement, S Factor, Feminine Qigong, Dance, Sacred Frame Drumming and others.
I am trauma informed, sex positive, and I have trained in Boundaries & Consent from multiple organizations, including Betty Martin's Wheel of Consent, Non Violent Communication, and Diversity & Inclusion. I am nearing completion of and becoming certified through IACTM accredited Institute for Soul Centered Psychology & Coaching.
I am a curious, continuous learner, continually expanding my growth edges and awareness along with the collective, while deepening into the great mystery. My soul Self truly loves to dance, connect intimately one on one or in small groups and spend time in nature and in ritual.
