I have a background in multiple healing modalities and esoteric wisdom, including Somatic, Transpersonal & Depth Psychology, Alchemy, level 1 Astrology, and many modalities of Feminine Embodiment and Meditation. My methods are also informed by 5 years of Somatic Experiencing knowledge gained through my own personal homecoming journey.

Most importantly, I have the lived experience of navigating through my own midlife underworld journey and the gnosis gained through the transformational experience.

I am a curious, continuous learner, continually expanding my growth edges and awareness along with the collective, while deepening into the great mystery. My soul Self truly loves to dance, connect intimately one on one or in small groups and spend time in nature and in ritual.

My love of the sacred feminine and mystery schools has taken me through many portals to soul including the Institute for Soul Centered Psychology & Coaching certification program, 13 Moon Mystery School, Genekeys, Dream Arc, Qabalistic Tree of Life via the pathways of Tarot, and Erotic Blueprints.

My Conscious Feminine Embodiment training includes Authentic Movement, S Factor, Feminine Qigong, Sacred Frame Drumming and others.

I am trauma informed and I have trained in Boundaries & Consent from multiple organizations, including Betty Martin's Wheel of Consent. I also have training in Non Violent Communication and Diversity & Inclusion.

I am nearing completion of and becoming certified through IACTM accredited Institute for Soul Centered Psychology & Coaching.
